Appetizer of gratin cod

Ingredients (6-8 people):

 

2 loins of cod

1 onion

1 green pepper

1 red bell pepper

1/2 loaf of bread

1 glass of milk

1 egg

Water

Vinegar

Olive oil

Salt

Parsley (to decorate)

 

Development of appetizer of gratin cod recipe:

 

To desalt the cod, wash the loins and put them in a bowl. Cover with water and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 48 hours (change the water 3 times during this time). When it is desalado, it introduces the loins in a casserole, it pours the milk and the same amount of water. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Separate the blades of cod and reserve.

 

Cut the onion, green pepper and red pepper into julienne and place in a frying pan with an oil jet. Sazona. Cut the bread into slices, place on a baking sheet and bake at 200º C for 5 minutes. Place the poached vegetables on the bread slices and put the slabs of cod on top.

 

To make the mayonnaise, put the egg, a trickle of vinegar, salt and a good stream of oil in the glass of the mixer and beat well. Distribute a pile of mayonnaise on each slice of bread and gratin in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Serve the appetizers decorated with parsley.
